BY SIGNING/ JOINING THIS ORGANIZATION SHRDF, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL (REVISED & ANNEXED ON 8TH NOVEMBER 2015) STATED UNDERNEATH. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY PART OF THESE T & C, YOU MUST NOT SIGN/ JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) Please remember, we are all Volunteers, there is no chance of recruitment here until we declare that. We live our livelihood by doing some other Profession like job, business etc. We are taking no money or other type of facilities from SHRDF. We come here to do something helpful for our motherland. Actually here is no financial relation between the organization and us except donation. We are doing our Issue Wise Social Work through Subscriptions and Sponsorships on spot only from the common people of India, not from the Government. We try to do our Social Duties as a responsible citizen of India at our best for our next generation.
b) We stand here following the universal law under ‘CITIZEN’S DUTY’ i.e. ‘Duty to appear as witness and state truth before police and courts even if it puts you at some inconvenience, Loss of income and Physical risk. If you do not stand by the side of the lay today, you and your dear ones can be the next victim of that very criminal. If you cannot take risk, you have no moral right to expect others to take risk’…
c) The ‘Registration Form’ must be fulfilled carefully and consciously at the time of Registration.
d) A ‘Clear Face Photo’ should be submitted by the applicant with the ‘Registration Form’.
e) A ‘Photo Identity Proof’ should be submitted with the ‘Registration Form’ such as Aadhar/ Epic (Voter Id)/ Pan Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ Any Identity Card of School, College, Office/ NGO Etc.
f) Applicant must have Contact Number or E-mail ID for future communication.
g) After registration that member should get an ‘Identity Card’ of SHRDF within a reasonable time (approx. 3 months). The registration procedure can be done through online also (only for Foreigners). The aforesaid SHRDF Identity Card is not transferable and should be kept carefully. If any misuse of this card occurred by the card holder, the card may be cancelled permanently as well as his/her membership, at any time any place by our Executive Committee without any prior notice.
h) Any type of ‘Political Discussion or Activities’ in SHRDF will be prohibited and the Discussioner or Performer will be warned only once before expelled.
i) Any type of ‘Forgery’ will be treated as ‘Actionable Grounds for Legal Proceedings’.
j) Any ‘Abuse/Complain’ reported/ submitted in SHRDF against any member, will be discussed at urgent basis amongst the Executive Members to take immediate action even by the Teleconference or E-mail.
k) Any loss or subsequent recovery of the CARD must be reported to the Governing Body/ Secretary/ President immediately with the General Diary Number/ Copy.
l) ‘MEMBERS’ can help SHRDF, Financially/ Physically/ Morally or by each & every means which is possible for them, without any unethical or illegal ‘CONDITION’.
আইন – কানুন
ক) দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, আমরা সবাই এখানে স্বেচ্ছাসেবক। যতক্ষন না পর্যন্ত গভর্নিং বডি-র কোন সিদ্ধান্ত হচ্ছে ততক্ষন, এই সংস্থায় বর্তমানে কোন চাকরীর সুযোগ নেই। আমরা প্রত্যেকেই অন্যান্য পেশার সঙ্গে যুক্ত হয়ে আমাদের ব্যক্তিগত জীবিকা নির্বাহ করি। আমরা SHRDF থেকে কোন টাকা-পয়সা বা অন্য কোন রকম সুবিধে ভোগ করি না। আমাদের সঙ্গে এই সংস্থার আর্থিক স্বার্থের কোন সম্পর্ক নেই। আমরা এই সংস্থায় এসেছি দেশের উন্নতির জন্য নিঃস্বার্থ হয়ে কাজ করতে। আমরা চাঁদা তুলে এবং স্পনসরশিপের মাধ্যমে (ISSUE WISE) সমস্যা ভিত্তিক সমাজসেবা করে থাকি। আমরা সাধারন মানুষের কাছ থেকে চাঁদা এবং স্পনসরশিপ জোগাড় করে থাকি, সরকারের কাছ থেকে কোনরূপ আর্থিক সাহায্য নিই না। আমরা আমাদের পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের জন্য একজন দায়িত্ববান ভারতীয় নাগরিক হিসেবে যতটা সম্ভব এই সামাজিক কর্তব্য পালন করে থাকি।
খ) একজন দায়িত্ববান ভারতীয় নাগরিকের কর্তব্য পালনের জন্য আমরা সবাই এই সংস্থা তথা সমাজের পাশে আছি এবং থাকব। আমরা আজ এই বলে অঙ্গীকার করছি যে, আমাদের শারীরিক এবং আর্থিক ক্ষতি হবার সম্ভাবনা থাকলেও আমরা নির্যাতিতের পাশে থাকব, অন্যায়কে প্রশ্রয় দেবো না ও সাক্ষী হিসেবে পুলিশ-প্রশাসন এবং আদালতের সামনে নির্ভয়ে দাঁড়াব, না দাঁড়ালে আমরাও সমাজের কাছ থেকে এই আশা করার অধিকারী রইব না।
গ) নিবন্ধীকরণের সময়ে সযত্নে ও সতর্কভাবে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ফর্মটি ভর্তি করতে হবে।
ঘ) নিবন্ধীকরণের জন্য আপনার দেওয়া স্ট্যাম্প সাইজ ছবিটিতে যেন মুখমন্ডল পরিস্কারভাবে দেখা যায়।
ঙ) নিবন্ধীকরণের সময়ে আপনার যে কোন একটি সচিত্র পরিচয়পত্র (আধার/ ভোটার/ প্যান/ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স/ পাসপোর্ট/ স্কুল-কলেজের পরিচয়পত্র/ সরকার অথবা সরকার অনুমোদিত সংস্থার পরিচয়পত্র/ সমাজসেবী সংস্থার পরিচয়পত্র) জমা করতে হবে।
চ) ভবিষ্যতে যোগাযোগের সুবিধার জন্য অবশ্যই আপনার টেলিফোন নং / ই-মেল আই ডি থাকতে হবে।
ছ) নিবন্ধীকরণের পরে একটি নির্দিষ্ট (৩ মাস) সময়ের মধ্যে আপনি আমাদের সচিত্র পরিচয়পত্র পেতে পারেন। এর জন্য কোন তদবির করতে হবে না অথবা কোন অতিরিক্ত মূল্য দিতে হবে না। উল্লেখ্য, আমাদের সচিত্র পরিচয়পত্রটি হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়। এটি সাবধানে নিজের কাছে রাখুন। এটি সতর্কভাবে ব্যবহার করুন। কোনপ্রকার অপব্যবহার হলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট সদস্যের সদস্যপদ আজীবনের জন্য খারিজ করে দেওয়া হতে পারে, এর সঙ্গে পরিচয়পত্রটিও বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। এই বাতিলকরণ প্রক্রিয়া আমাদের আইন অনুযায়ী যে কোন সময়ে, যে কোন স্থানে, বিনানোটিশে প্রয়োগ করা হতে পারে।
জ) সংস্থার ভেতরে কোনরকম রাজনৈতিক কার্যকলাপ ও আলোচনা নিষিদ্ধ। সংশ্লিষ্ট সদস্য কে বহিষ্কারের আগে একবারমাত্র মৌখিকভাবে সাবধান করা হবে।
ঝ) সংস্থা অথবা দেশের বিরূদ্ধে যে কোনরকম অনৈতিক কাজ প্রমানিত হলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট সদস্যর বিরূদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
ঞ) কোন সদস্যের বিরূদ্ধে সংস্থায় নির্দিষ্ট অভিযোগ জমা পড়লে, তৎক্ষনাৎ গভর্নিং বডি সেই বিষয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত নেবেন। সিদ্ধান্তটি পত্র/ টেলিফোন অথবা ই-মেল এর মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
ট) সদস্যরা সংস্থাকে আর্থিকভাবে/ মানসিকভাবে/ নৈতিকভাবে/ যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে অথবা কায়িক শ্রমের মাধ্যমে বিনাশর্তে সাহায্য করতে পারেন। দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, আপনি সংস্থাকে সাহায্য করছেন সমাজের তথা আপনারই ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য।
